a. Reflective listening
train myself to feel/understand the world from pure hearing sense aspect. When you becomes calm and try to listen the world you’ll find something different, cause when there’re so many things bothering you, you can’t really focus.
b. Defamiliarisation of everyday reality
Use an different method to change the daily life items. We usually get used to the daily routine stuff and didn’t actually figure out how to get good use of it or design it in a better way.
c. Empathic modelling
This method helps us to get to know the product in a better way. When you do the modelling stuff you mimic a really situation and immerse in the context.
