How did thinking in terms of shots and scenes influence your approach to communicating your design concept?
While making the story board you tend to think of the conditions in which the product designed could be used so it initiates more ideas. To begin with an establishing shot can show the overall context of the concept while the close up shot can show the emotion and reaction of the user. Taking different shots like the tracking shots and the close up shots make the video more interesting and depicts the story clearly.

What motivated your choice of storyline structure? Can you think of an examplear from a film that uses the same structure?

Our  topic is destigmatising mental health, and we would choose to use before and after impacts on the user. The movie is “the prestige” , it is about 2 magicians and how they make it big. It shows their story of before and after they made it big and how the same happened.

What choices did you make about audience and style? Were they related?

Our audience is the university students so the video will have to be very lively and have a clear message which will have to be indicated directly. There would be many closeup and tracking shots as it is important to show how the product will affect the emotions of the person.
