1) What kinds of information and insights did it give you about the usability of the prototype?
The prototype is the website that we used frequently in this activity. The prototype are very different on their usability. Some web are hard to get the useful information and others are very clear and easy-to-use. I get the information that if the prototype has a poor usability, it might lost clients.
2) What aspects of the technique worked well or were frustrating?
The camera recording helped me on analysing the emotion signs, but the form record is too slow to catch up with the user’s exploring.
