1) What kinds of information and insights did it give you about the usability of the prototype?

While using the different website for specific tasks helped identify features that could be improved. We visited officeworks to buy a cheapest tablet available. Searching for the cheapest was time consuming since they did not have that sorting for all the brands. We needed to go to each OS style one by one and then sort from low to high. This was tedious. Also to buy we need to register, as a one time user it was frustrating to fill in the form.

2) What aspects of the technique worked well or were frustrating?

Speaking out loud while using website made me notice things that are missing and also made me realise my actions that I won’t generally notice. Observing users reactions gave an overall review of the product’s performance.
