• What kinds of information and insights did it give you about the usability of the prototype?


By observing the user, their reaction through facial action and speech. I was able to see which part and what function of the site frustrates the user the most. How the website works and the way the user feels about it maybe different to how the designer designed it. I was able identified which parts needs to be improved, which part does not.


2) What aspects of the technique worked well or were frustrating?

Reading the user’s filled form was frustrating. There were too many options that the user can choose. it is hard to understand whether the user likes the website alot or not. And why they dislike the website.  Techniques that worked well were the observation part and think out loud. These two technqiues provide real time feedback to how the design works and functions.
