Physically acting out helped explore the situations in a more empathetic way. Experiencing things gives a more in depth perspective in the problem area.

2) Did you refine your ideas and solutions to the problem through body-storming? In what way?

Yes, first we were focused on the revamping the waiting, body storming gave us the idea that it is not necessary for people in the waiting room. They can go to the food court or other premises while waiting. So we looked for a solution that allowed them to go around.

3) What was difficult or challenging about bodystorming?

Being the first time that we did bodystorming. There was a lot of uncertainty in what we needed to do.

4) Does bodystorming lend itself to certain types of problems?

Yes, it is specially helpful for problems that are related to process optimization.
