1.How did physically acting out help to explore ideas?

It is important that being engaged in the real scenario could generate frustrations and specific solutions to improving the design process.  Compared to just thinking through in mind, physically acting out could help us build the better empathy easier and make our ideas more practical.

2.Did you refine your ideas and solutions to the problem through bodystorming? In what way?

When we are working on the scenario of the waiting room in the hospital, some people will leave the waiting room for many reason which may lead to miss the call out. Installing some screens at different places where people often go such as bathroom. But we found it is still difficult to cover all the places people may go, so it is better to sending a message as a notification to users beforehand just like what apple genius bar has been done.

3.What was difficult or challenging about bodystorming?

It consumes more time to do bodystorming if we are not familiar with the scenario. And it is difficult for people who are not good at presenting their thoughts in good performance.

4.Does bodystorming lend itself to certain types of problems?

In my opinion, bodystorming has some limitations such as it could only be used for generate ideas which are not with much complexity. We could not build a scenario with complex environment for bodystorming.
