Reflect on your experience of the Body storming exercise by answering the following questions:

1)  How did physically acting out help to explore ideas?

This could help designers to understand potential users’ behaviours and to explore user’s actual needs to find deeper insight of the actions. It also could help designers to find the suitable solutions to figure out the problem that help designers that not focused on the way they always think and believe.

2)  Did you refine your ideas and solutions to the problem through bodystorming? In what way?

Yes, experiences and behaviors influenced the design deeply because this is a human center based design that to solve the user’s’ issues. We have to think from the user’s way.

3)  What was difficult or challenging about bodystorming?

It is difficult for designers to act as a user with a real scenarios that actually what potential users would do. Designers are always thinking with their own way that cause the gap between the different thoughts.

4)  Does bodystorming lend itself to certain types of problems?

Yes, designers could act as the users to see what problems that users would experience during the process or workflows.
