1) Describe your experience of creating personas from different users’ perspectives gathered in the interview data. Was there enough commonality between the 4-people interviewed to form a coherent persona? Or did it make more sense to create a second different persona?

The experience of creating personas from different users was really fun and different, to get the demographic variables, then the behavioural variables, and then identifying the potentials and the distinctions. We each other had an interview on describing the personal situation going to the supermarket, that is frequently visiting shops and the reasons for shopping, and a generic data on demographic variables and behavioural variables, and then many other questions for which we should find creating a coherent persona. We tried and ended up with a second different persona.

2) Do you think your final persona(s) was successful in generating empathy with users? What would you change to make it better?

Initially, only few of the demographic variables and the behavioural variables matched with each of our characteristics, but we tried to generate  as many questions as possible to get more data about each of us and had difference of opinion, so we could hardly match our variables and sort down our distinctions. And at the end we came up with our persona created a mixture of persons with different behavioural variables.
