1) Describe your experience of creating personas from different users´perspectives gathered in the interview data. Was there enough commonality between the 4 people interviewed to form a coherent persona? Or did it make more sense to create a second different persona?

It was a small sample so there were many things in common or at least within a range of similar thinking as we were all students (and some studying and working), living (or have lived) on our own, with a postgraduate education level, and concerned about similar things regarding consumerism issues. But regardless of the things in common, we could also clearly identify the different personalities and tendencies such as impulsive vs planned shopping, quick vs extended times for shopping, and so on. So we could identify 2 clear personas coming from our 4 samples.

2) Do you think your final persona(s) was successful in generating empathy with users? What would you change to make it better?

We didn´t test our persona with other groups so we couldn´t really say if it generated empathy with other users as it was our creation, but we felt satisfied with our persona in the sense that we thought it represented our main (and strongest) things in common.
