1.Describe your experience of creating personas from different users’ perspectives gathered in the interview data. Was there enough commonality between the 4 people interviewed to form a coherent persona? Or did it make more sense to create a second different persona?

The exercise was fun, it is interesting to talk to each other and exchange information. However, I believe it will be different in the real interview that we are going to do for our project. The result of our interview data turns our to be quite coherent, since we are around the same age, live in the same city and share similar background, so our experience and view on public transportation are quite the same.

2.Do you think your final persona(s) was succesful in generating empathy with users? What would you change to make it better?

I think there are some limitations of our persona. First, the number of the interview data is too small, four is not enough to generate a comprehensive persona. Meanwhile, all four students in our group are female, so the gender is unbalanced. I think for the formal project, we might need to interview both gender. If the interview is investigating University female students’ perspective on public transport, then our persona might be fine, but if not, I think we need to interview  diversified samples to draw more detailed personas.
