1. How is this sketchnoting technique different to the traditional note taking?

Traditional note-taking more focuses on recording words without images. Sketch noting technique records both words and images. Traditional method is simple and benefits to record vast information, while, it might make recorders too focus on recording information to ignore understanding content. Sketch noting is helpful to understand the information.

2.How does this visual approach facilitate communication of your ideas? Conversely, how does it prevent it?

This visual approach benefits to find the relationship between different objects and content.Vision is an important way could be helpful to understand and remember new things. For example, numbers are usually visualised by graphs in report, by which viewers could be easily to know if it is a big number or a small one. On the other hand, it is hard to visualise information in a short time, so it could have negative effects on recording information and result in missing some information.

3.Personal challenges as a sketchnoter?

The most hard part for me is visualisation. I don’t know how to present some content by images. When this situation occurs, I will ignore the following information and be stuck.
