How did this exercise help you build empathy with prospective users?

In this interview, we chose “Public Transport in Sydney” as the theme, This exercise helped with building empathy with prospective users as the interviews were in taken in a relaxed manner and involved open probing.There are many good empathy in this exercise.We have similar feedback,so that is good for help as finished a persona.

How did the clustering of information help you to understand user needs?

Clustering information allowed us to find what is users needs.Collect information, collate information in order to arrive at certain conclusions.

What was difficult or challenging with the technique?

The challenging is sometime I find is hard to clustering all the information in the right place ( yellow ,blue,pink).Also,there are some information may useless ,but our feel bit confuse how to distinguish them from “useful information”or “useless information”.

How would you do it better next time?

I will be learn to distinguish between the different information.Make it more clear.
