Q1. How did thinking in terms of shots and scenes influence your approach to communicating your design concept?

Generally speaking, shots and scenes are great way for improve design concept. This is because,  I think shots and scenes can be an effective approach to influence other’s by visualizing the ideas much clearly compared with the text. Scenes may remind the audience some emotions or experiences they may have before. This may be an great way to influence the target audience straightforward.

Q2. What motivated your choice of storyline structure? Can you think of an exemplar from a film that uses the same structure?

Firstly, we are required to discuss our ideas in a group for the storyline structure. We had no specific ideas to create an logical storyline structure. Following the tutor’s suggestions and tutorial materials, we start with 6 basic questions, including what, who , when, where, how and why.  Based on these six questions, we have a general ideas and we link these six questions to create a simple storyboard.


Q3. What choices did you make about audience and style? Were they related?

Since the target audience that the research topic we chosen is Skin cancer and target audience is mainly for Australia residents. Therefore, we are a related story for audiences. Australian lifestyle would be a great start point  for we to think about. and the style for the whole story is likely to be informative and related to the people’s health status.
