Describe your experience of creating personas from different users’ perspective gathered in the interview data. Was there enough commonality between the 4 people interviewed to form a coherent persona? Or did it make more sense to create a second different persona?

We choose catching public transport activity. When we collect interview data, we found out there were some common answers among the users. Even though the interview questions are open question type, most of the users gave similar answers. We identified there were two people that have the similar answers for 7 out of 9 questions (including the demographic data). Based on those people, we make one persona. I think based on our data, one persona is enough because it gave out the most similar pattern.

Do you think your final persona(s) was successful in generating empathy with users? What would you change to make it better?

I think our persona need to be improved by adding more details to it and make her more authentic. For example, add more personal detail in back story like her hobbies, interest, etc. We also need to use real person photos.
