1) Describe your experience of creating personas from different users’ perspectives gathered in the interview data. Was there enough commonality between the 4 people interviewed to form a coherent persona? Or did it make more sense to create a second different persona?

We chose the topic which is “going to supermarket”. We were interviewing each other to gain the data. Firstly, we have same background that’s we are international students. We probably have similar needs in the life. That’s the reason why our data had a little resemblance, particularly on the part of food select. But we found distinct difference in the data that’s from different gender and different distance between supermarket to home. After collect data, we locked target of persona is a international student same of us. I think we have enough commonality to make a persona, and it is too hard to create a second different persona. Seeing that we have same background.

2)Do you think your final persona(s) was successful in generating empathy with users? What would you change to make it better?

I think that is successful in generating empathy with users. But the data was quite limited. We should try to make more questions when we interviewed in the group. We not had enough questions. We added some questions even after the interview
