1) Describe your experience of creating personas from different users’ perspectives gathered in the interview data. Was there enough commonality between the 4 people interviewed to form a coherent persona? Or did it make more sense to create a second different persona?

The first thing we did to create a persona was made up a name and some demographic information which was the easiest part. Then in the ideal experience section was a bit challenge because there were not much similar attributes of 4 interviews in this part and some of feelings are conflict like too far from supermarket (whereas other 2 interviews indicate close to supermarket). In this case, I think it will make more sense to create a second persona based on 2 interviews which had a similar situation and more common feelings.

2) Do you think your final persona(s) was successful in generating empathy with users? What would you change to make it better?

I think the final persona was successful because it combined most of attributes of 4 different user experiences and well identified the motivations and frustrations of users. It will be better if we could collect more interviews and create several different personas. So that we could obtained a variety of user type and have a better understanding to users.
