How did this exercise help you to build empathy with prospective user?

By reading the interview data, I could extract needs, motivations and frustrations of the user. I experienced the data that from the prospective user. through this exercise,I pay more attention to how to classify the content of interview. It made me easy to understand the user.

How did the clustering of information help you to understand user needs?

We were put respective information on the wall. Faced with a lot of information we were not to know what to do. And then we were think of what does interviewee needs in the travel, and what does difficulties, habits of interviewee. We found a way soon. by the process of cluster, user needs was classified. That is a way to help me know user needs.

What was difficult or challenging with the technique? How would you do it better next time?

It was a difficult thing. First, We need  making sure the information which we found is correct. Second, all the category must distinct. everyone in the group had their own opinion, we need to learn good ideas form everyone.WP_20160803_21_04_26_Pro_LI
